Sephora

A full redesign and extension of Sephora's retail experience,from the stockroom to the checkout kiosk.
Mobile-first internal tools for store employees covering stock and order management, an in-store self-checkout journey, and the loyalty experience within the web and mobile customer app. Delivered within cross-functional squads alongside POs, PMs, and tech teams, with extensive user interviews and usability testing conducted directly with beauty advisors and customers in store.
