Behind every guest experience.Design of internal desktop tools for Accor group hotels: new product creation alongside improvement of existing ones, covering hotel operations from front desk to housekeeping and food & beverage. Built around detailed journey mapping and service blueprints aligning the guest and employee experience across each staff profile. Grounded in extensive field research: interviews and usability tests conducted directly with hotel staff across roles and properties.
